Parts are to be used and installed at your own risk.

We reserve the right to grant or revoke access to any products; or change the site or prices or offerings without any prior notice.

You have 24 hrs from time of order to cancel, if items have shipped already you will have to do a return/refund.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you used during the purchase.

For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Shipping of products back to us is at your expense, if it is not prepaid it will be taken off of your refund if item is deemed eligible for refund.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

If you submit your email address and name, we store that in order to send you the newsletter or email updates. If you buy parts, we store your name, email, address, phone number, and IP address. If there is a problem with one of your orders, we will use this to contact you.

If you leave a comment, we collect and store all information you provide.

Contact forms

If you submit your information through one of our forms, this information is stored and emailed to us. We use it in order to make an informed decision on the best products for your situation. We use the contact information to return your call or email you back with our suggestions.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

Who we share your data with

If you purchase something, you data is sent to Square for payment storage and processing. We use Google Analytics for web visitors. If you enter your email address, it gets stored in our email autoresponder which allows us to send you the newsletter and other important information.

If you order a product, your name, shipping information, email, phone number, and parts purchased are shared with the appropriate manufacturer in order to ship your part or product.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
